Anyone have experience with these cheap bulbs?

I was at the office and bored today. I was cruising ebay and bought one of these.

Anyone have experience with them? I figured for the money I would see how it does.

If they are the bulbs made in China, I have heard of some people loosing corals because of poor quality.

i bought three 15k DE bulbs on ebay from A&T lamps. Great color, very cheap bulb (~$40), but 1 died at about 2 months, another died at about 4 months. The third bulb is still alive but I was not impressed by the durability.

well, for $5, that sounds ok even if it only lasts a few months

Kinda what I figured Ron. If I guess I will let everyone know how they work. If they die in 2,4 months like the ones Mat bought they can keep them.
