sorry dood no

Success with these guys is limited. A lot will depend on the type of tank and available natural nutrient as well as what can be fed. They are filter feeders and need both meaty and vegetable type foods as well as bacteria. If your tank is heavily fed/fish populated, it may do OK. If a cleaner system that is heavily exported, I would leave this one be. They are generally short lived in most cases.

LeslieH might be able to offer you some additional insights.

Knew about tequila worms, but never knew there was a coco worm. Guess the dark color hid its presence. Think Im going to swear off drinking it... Coco worms, yuk!

I got 6 of them from a wholeseller once.
Most of them lost their crowns when I lost power after a winter storm but slowly regained them over a few months, but not as nice as the original. They looked pretty when in bloom but they kept shooting back into their tubes.
They seemed pretty hardy in the sense that I did not lose one for the year I had them before I had to sell for a move. But if they lose their crown as I have heard they are prone to do, then they're not much to look at.

Thanks for the replies. I was about to think I was not going to get a response.
