I have seen them on marine center dot com. From what I have heard is that they require a deep sand bed, and of course the right tank mates. They are known for sky diving from open tanks and are horrible shippers. Lots of people have successfully kept them and they are amazing fish. I think marine center had them for almost 160.00.
