I'm not meaning it in this way ipisces, I'm just interested in where people are getting the really cool zoa corals, and eye piping colorful corals, locally I'm not seeing many of these so I'm more looking for web sits our what not

Yeah, there are some websites. I believe zoanthids.com is a good one. Theres more, check the sponsors forums.
I get emails from most of them, just cant remember the names.

Lots of looking at you favorite LFS. Then every so often you will find a jem among the radioactive dragon eyes

Be cautious when buying online. Check what lighting they use (some will make the corals look very different then your lighting). And I am sad to say be careful of photoshop. Many will "enhance" their zoa's to make you buy, sad but true

The last time I saw tubbs was at Barrier Reef Aquariums. I'm not sure if they still have any. You should contact them to find out.
