A little goes a long way, but it will go bad in the fridge once opened so use it up.

How long can it stay in the frig after it is opened?

I give a little to my fish in the morning (the main feeding is at night). I have also had problems with the last bit going bad. When I open the next jar, I am going to freeze some.

I also throw a jarfull into the frozen food mix I make. As Elmo18 said, it is really cheap when on sale.
