Hi everyone thanks for the continued support and caring! Although I am revovering I must admit I thought I woud be further along than I am. I still am in a tremendous amount of pain and still cannot do anything with my left arm and probably will not be able to for the next couple of weeks then I start PT :-( I am getting bored out of my mind and not sleeping well does not help with my overall hapiness factor but I am doing ok and thats the bottom line. Thanks again to everyone who has offered to help I have been one on one replying to messages bear with me it takes some time for me to type and reply on some days when the pain is really high.

I just got back from PT myself. Got a disk problem in my lower back that is extremely painful. I hate this getting old crap. Hope you can keep your spirits up Mike. I know it's tough.
