i had only one fish that ate shrimp and it died so i thought i would add more. apparently he taught everyone how to kill shrimp before he died. first the vlamingi bit into him and the purple tang ate its antenna and after that a full out feeding frenzy with all my fish. at least i got a cleaner wrasse the same day.

I was taking pics of the wrasse cleaning and the shrimp came out to clean at the same time. the clownfish kept trying to drag it into the nem.

Thats so sad! poor shrimpy. Barron, that is kinda funny about the clown trying to feed the nem with it. thats what they do though. Great pics too.
I wouldn't expect that from those tangs. I have two cleaners in the tank with a vlamingi, carib blue, couple other tangs and clowns and a melanurus wrasse and mystery wrasse. I am really surprised those two wrasses havent done them in yet.

Poor little critter, I'm still tryng to figure out what happened to mine, I guess something similar probably my wrasse had a nice snack. Anywways you have some nice fish

They used to be all fine with shrimp, my pseudo chromis would nip at them sometimes. I used to have 4 cleaners and my whitespot rabbit fish ate them before, then my yellow foxface killed him so I thought I could have shrimp again.

First off awesome pics! However that sucks! We've been lucky with our peppermint shrimp. Our snowflake mowed one down but has left all the others alone.

Barron, sounds like you have chaos doing on in your tank. Sorry to hear about it, good luck it figuring it all out.

I can't have shrimp either. Mostly because of shellfish allergies. Hopefully my fish aren't as naughty as yours, sorry about your luck.
