Just reading the past articles about alcohol! The question is?? Are you just against alcohol? Or are you really worried about the club?? Since I am a world traveler, I will say this! Every country that I have visited, or traveled through have this to say this about Americans!! Of course, I'm enjoying myself with a foreigner while drinking a cold beer, or a glass of red wine! Whether it be Spain, Italy, London, France, Germany, Austria, or Sweden, This is what they say! "You Americans are so tight! Why cant you all just relax a little bit!" Enjoy Life!! Can we not be responsible for our own actions anymore! It's truly embarrassing to here about attorneys, lawsuits! Come on!! Lets have a little fun. Just drink responsibly, or have someone else drive. Does anyone else have anything else to add?

I vote the Margarita machine for President! And yes, I brought the thing, and paid over $200 for the alcohol. Remember, Life is short! Enjoy it, Embrace it, Be thankful. We are all extremely lucky to have what we have. No more whining!!

sadly no people are not responsable for themselves anymore not to stray off topic here but it is sad that we do not hold individuals accountable for being morons and we continue to protect them by lawsuits and protective laws to keep the stupid alive. Ever since we have started all of these protective laws the dumb are getting dumber and are breeding which is the truly scary part Natural selection worked very well and now we keep that from happening... I too vote for the Margarita Machine as President!

So true. I vote that members that have any litigous leanings or are uncomfortable with fun, drinking, nudity, or wife-swapping should only attend BCC meetings.

I want to ask you all this, Lets do what we do best. That being work together to make this a fun group that likes to get together and share a interest. Please do not look for negative but search for positives. If you were there and had a rotten time please speak now or forever hold your peace. I had a good time at last meeting. No one there told me that anything bothered them. Thanks again for all that made it special.

Ditto. Too much "news" about lawsuits creates a false sence of paranoia and general uptightness.
Heck, last weekend I went to a Casino night party at a very large Washington General Contractor that I have worked for. Unlimited gambling and drinking on the premises. Hundreds of guests all driving to get there and driving home. CONTRACTORS! Not one drunk, not one problem. ALL PERFECT GENTLEMEN AND ALL FUN.
For every many hundred of parties, there might be one problem, and it will be televised! Same with everything. Can search for exposure in any gathering or look for the fun and benifits.

What, we can bring pets to these meetings?? I have a few dogs that enjoy socializing as long as no one's allergic...
OK, I liked every aspect of the last get-together and I really appreciated the margarita machine. I thought it was pretty classy.
And furthermore, I agree that we should be more like Europe in all ways except for their driving habits. I loved being in Holland and seeing all those cute guys in their business suits standing on sidewalks with pints of beer in their hands, during the lunch hour! It was awesome.
