Hi Guys,
I recently converted an existing tank of 12 years to a new tank. Maintained all the same water, live rock, aragonite sand, corals and fish.....took ~ 2 hours to convert.
After setting up (6 hours later) , I did a 30% water change and added a 20 lbs of CaribSea Live Sand.
4 weeks later......5-6 hours into the lighting cycle i get Champagne like bubbles coming out of the Sand Bed. I also have 2 Conch that seem to stir it up fairly well during the night hours.
What do you think.....too much organic waste? or ??????
