Are pepermint shirimp eating the aptasia? Or the contents of the aptasia?

I totally agree re: risks but in all honesty from what I'm hearing the fish don't particularly care for it possibly the sound I don't know. I'm either going to "Borrow" one or another reefer and I are going to buy the components and make one. We're battling Japanese Blue Clove Polyps and they are costing us $$ in the coral they're suffocating. I just need to figure out how to get the safety googles onto my skunk cleaner shrimp. She loves to check out anything that moves in the tank.

Pepps worked for me! I keep hittin em with the aptaisaX stuff but eventually id see some more.... finally after spotting about 5, i went to GBR sale and picked up 5 pepperments. They work....i didnt see em in action but i believe they ate the actual creature otherwise the dang things woulda just came back some more and ive yet to see another!

Your right, that's because I've never worried about totally killing every aptasia in my tank because they don't bother me until they are touching a coral of their population is starting to grow. Also, have you aver brought a frag home and plant it in the tank only to find a few weeks later there is a baby nem growing out the underside of the frag?
