arrival of Blue Spotted Jawfish

Yesterday my blue spotted jawfish arrived. Wow, I hope he survives. This is the coolest fish I have ever seen. Great personality and amazing to watch.

I just hope yours is not as 'dig crazy" as mine was. But they are beautiful, that is for sure.

Make sure you cover your tank, they like to jump!!!!!!

I have all possible exits covered. So far he seems to be content in his burrow. He actually is hovering above his burrow looking at everything. He seems interested everytime I stop to look at him. I hope he stats content.

Great fish but requires great water quality and food.
How much did you pay if you dont mind me asking?

$120.00, water quality is good and he wants to eat but I can not keep the other fish away from getting all the food.

have you tried dual spot feeding? Promotes great hand-eye coordination...feed the burrow area and a spot far away from it at the same time?
