I turned all my lights off for 3 days trying a lil expermint i saw on another site, anyways I just turned the lights back on today Actincs only been on since 10am.Just looked no polyps Hopefully when i feed my tank since I've had them they got some kind of food

Thanks I think adding the other 250 watt mh on the other side of my tank has really helped out a lot. Plus now I can spread out my sps frags through out the tank and everything isnt cluttered together.

Update time

I Figuered it was time to update my thread. First I upgraded my skimmer a little while ago. I am no longer using HOB skimmers and i've added a small sump in my stand and am now running the Bubble Magus Nac6 for my skimmer. So far I am very happy with the skimmer and here are a few photos. These are right before it went into the sump and there is one showing what has been skimmed after a 24 hour period.

Now to the good stuff. The corals

Here are some coral pics. FIrst one is of my baby's breath favia. When i got it there were 3 heads and since then there have been 2 others that have formed and another one seems to be coming in. Next one is of my dragon soul favia. There there is my pink lemonade acan, 2 pictures of that one. Then theres my big puffy acans which were some of the first ones i got.

Last ones for tonight

Ok last set for tonight. Here is a lobo i got a couple months ago. There were 2 heads but the skeleton broke so now i have 2 single heads. Then we have a single acan that i got from a friend. Then there is a pic of my purple deaths and next to them are my tubbs blues. I had just turned the halides on so they were still opening up. And last is my Tyree sunset monti which you can see from my earlier pics that it has been growing quite nicely.

Yea I've been real happy with my Bubble magus, it was my first in sump skimmer and it was easy to set up and has been easy to clean. And the waste this thing produces is pretty nasty.

lol no worries thats my babys breath favia. I am still playing with my camera settings to get a good picture that shows the true colors of it. Its probably one of my favorite corals.
