ATI Coral Plus. Issues?

Looking for validation here. Last year I bought a new ATI Coral Plus. It blew my ballast, which I had to replace. Now a fellow reefer installed 2 Coral Plus into her unit and her ballast blew also.
Anyone else have this experience? LMK please.

I have 2 running and not an issue. And I have a cheap fixture.
