Ben, I had the Acan, when you were here the other day, to cut a coral. However, you probably didn't see it. If not, you probably haven't seen the Superman Chalice either.

Well, it's not a new tank anymore...lol. Let's see, I think we have a Pasta Salad and a Potato Salad, already covered. We're supplying meat, condiments and bunnage. I think Joanne is bringing plates, and utensils...lol. So, I don't know...whatever you feel like. Maybe something to drink, chips, finger foods, etc?

Soda and/or chips sounds great! Please post, over on SPCDA too. It seems that's where most are posting about food they intend to bring.

I really don't know what most will do with their raffle tickets...lol.

I may also have some frags for sale, I haven't quite gotten organized enough yet, to give a definitive answer on that...lol.

Hello...we will be comming me and my wife, i am not sure on what i will be bringing along for food, i know i wont be bringing any frags yet still too new to this so i do not have to frag...but we will be there.

If at all possible, it'd be helpful if some people bring their own folding chairs/lawn chairs. This meeting will be outside and I'm not sure we have enough seating!! Thanks all!!

Hello...well i have talked to my wife and she says she will make a bean salad, so thats what we are bringing. and i am also interested in some frags if i dont win any...but i am not sure on what yet, as i dont know much about corals. Rick

Rick, Bean Salad is an excellent choice!! Come equipped with knowledge about your tank, ie. lighting, other equipment, flow, tank inhabitants, etc. There will be plenty of people here to help you figure out what corals would be compatible with your system.

Might send you home with a free lps frag to try out if your tank will support it. I have a few things that were going to go to the raffle or a beginner, so maybe you will end up with them.

Michael and I will be providing the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, German Sausages, Buns, Bottled Water. For Salads we'll have Macaroni, Angel Hair Pasta salad and Watergate Salad (pistachio pudding salad). And all condiments.

For those people who want to show up early your more than welcome to come on by!!

Rick, does your T5 fixture have a single, flat, parabolic reflector above the bulbs, individual reflectors that wrap around each bub, or (ICR) Individually contoured reflector, which is a single reflector that's bent, to wrap around each bulb? ICR can be a single reflector that's bent to wrap around each bulb, or individually contoured reflectors that are welded together, prior to polishing.

This will help determine compatible corals, as T5 fixture with a parabolic reflector, don't reflect near as much light into the tank as T5 fixtures with ICR or individual reflectors.

If you have the better reflector, you can grow just about anything you want, in your tank. Otherwise, you can still grow most anything, but will have to be a lot more careful about coral placement.
