back up air pump

i am trying to get hold of a battery powered air pump just in case i have a power outage again any that sence the power has gone out and then kicks in anyone got any or makes i could look at.

In the states, we can use the Penn Plax Silent Air model SAB11. When the power goes off, it automatically kicks on.

I don't know if they make a model for European electricity though.
