well i just got off the phone with Premium Aquatics..they recieved the bulb that i sent back..they said it fired right up!!! now i am wondering if it is the ballast that has a problem..i tried it on another ballast and it still didn't work though...i really hope it is not a problem with the ballast..there is no telling how long it would take to get it sent off and fixed.....i will be back in La sometime next week..i will test out the Coralvue bulb that they are sending and see if i have any problems with it..hopefully i won't!!!
