best heater for a sump?

my heater in my sump i think isnt heater good anymore and i want your guys input on what you think would be the best heater for a 20 gallon sump with a 75 gallon sps tank thanks

I like the Ti ones. i haven't had a glass one break yet, but Ti is a better conductor of heat than glass. glass is normally considered an insulator. i really like the ones with a separate temp controller/probe

i just picked that one randomly, but i really like the idea of separate temp probe. I am running one Ti heater and a number of glass heaters, b/c those are cheaper and easier to find 2nd hand
