Best SPS Food

Which do you guys think is the best SPS food...need help in picking one out. I currently have Fuel by Seachem which is alot of lipids/amino acids/and trace elements. It's good for me cause I'm not always the best on water changes. Other choices are Rod's food, Cyclopeeze, Coral Frenzy, Phytoplankton (indirect),and Zooplex

I use Rod's food and coral frenzy oh and the almighty fish poop

I'd agree with Rod's or Coral Frenzy. I'd stay away from phyto for corals as most corals are carnivores (meat eaters) and phyto is a plant.

Phyto feeds zooplankton doesn't it? and I thought SPS feed off that? Normally about 4 times a week aside from the flakes I mix brine shrimp, rod's food, and formula one frozen food and add that everything goes nuts
