Big Kudo's To PCI

I would like to tell ya al about my exp. with Pacific Coast Imports.


I did some trading and got a CL650 chiller. I had it on line a cpl days and noticed it was short cycling. I called PCI to get a owners manual and they said no problem it will b out today. I am supposed to get it today. I also noticed last night the reason for the short cycle. My condenser fan wasnt running so me being me took it apart and the fan motor is bad. I called them back and Tim said No Problem Jeff Ill send you one out today. Now keep in mind I got this chiller USED.


I think this is a testament to great customer Service and wanted to share it wirh you guys.

With all the bad experiences we sometimes have, I think it is also very important to spread the word about good folks as well. On that note, I recently bought a Teclima chiller from MD but I just wasn't happy with it. The manufacture, Fritz, took it back simply because I did not like it. Full refund. Try to find that service somewhere else!

Well true to thier word I got my fan motor today and works like a charm.

Alright here is an update


I have been tweakin my chiller and couldnt get it set just right so I called Tim again to maybe get a walk thru on it. After a few questions and such we decided I had an older model that was a 4 deg difference model. I was happy going to be happy with that and Tim Said to me they would send me out the new board all I would have to do is a little modifying to the faceplate. I ask about price and he said.......................................


No Charge

I think It might have been Tom but maybe they got someone new out there... Definetly top notch service... IMO you really cant go wrong with the PCI products... They will always take care of you Or I should say from What I have seen and heard they will always take care of ya..

True to his word I got my controller board. Simple plug plug install and im up and going.


In all honesty folk I know I keep saying this but customer service from thsi company is great. If you do buy a chiller check out thier brand please I am sure you wont be dissapointed
