POLL: Big Tri-Cities Meeting

Alright everyone! Ed Hahn and Yellotang are putting together a Supersized Meeting in the Tri-Cities area on August 14th. It will be at the Battelle Auditorium in Richland, Washington. So far, there are some pretty cool items to be auctioned or raffled off....Aquatic Dreams donated 3 buckets of Oceanic Salt, and Mojoreef has a few boxes of cherry picked acros. Also, Ed is trying to get a speaker for this event.

The purpose of this thread is to find out how many people are interested in attending and also to see if a speaker for the event is added to the roster....would you be willing to pay a $20 registration fee to cover the Speaker's cost?

The meeting sounds like a great event, and should be a good time for everyone that attends.

Please post any comments or thoughts that you may have.

Holly Smokes Matt! You and Ed are really puting something great together. I'm in for sure! I just hope my sister isn't getting married that weekend. If so I'll have to have her move it.
Can't wait to see further updates.

We'll get some folks out there; just wait and see. :) What's not to like? Reef talk, reef stuff, food, fun, water, good weather, good speaker - woohoo!

Nikki,
I talked to Anthony Calfo. He says he will pencil us in for next year in August 2005. That guy is cool. So it will most likely be a yearly event. Save those nickels and dimes.
