Bloated Trigger

I have a blue jaw trigger and I've had him for about a week and a half. I've him in my QT tank and he seems really bloated, almost like he has a swollen anal gland. He is always hiding, and when he comes out, he doesn't swim around the best, swimming to the surface slowly, spitting a little, and then swims back down. He started to eat when I got him, but now has started to stop. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks

Sounds like a parasite growing inside of him. If possible, treat your quarantine tank with copper, to kill off the parasite if you are not too late.
