I am getting a blue-green color skimmate. . .Not sure what it could be from? any ideas?

Have you added any additives to the tank recently? Medications? Supplements? What are you feeding? Jelly Beans? j/k

My skimmmate at times used to be kinda green with a metallic tint to it.. LOL

yeah but that is probably all the excess coraline being ground up in your to give it that tint

I would think possibly a spawning. Have you checked tank parameters just to be sure all is kosher?

I think it was due to Essential Elements that I added from advice from the LFS.
