blue tang dead, concerns for other fish???

Hi, yesterday when I came home from work I noticed my 6'' blue tang was not out swimming like usual. I started to look for him and finally found it dead in the rocks.. I had no idea it was even sick because it was still eating good and acting normal, any ways now today my skunk clown has some ick and my yellow eye kole tang has ick pretty badly, the only fish I have added within the last 2 months were 2 green spotted mandarins from indoor reef, everything in my tank has done so well until just yesterday, and for apparently no reason, what should i do?????
any comments would be great....

Ick can happen when you have a fish die or bring in new fish.. Water change and carbon.. UV is supposed to help this..

Do you have a cleaner shrimp? I had a purple tang get Ick bad one time added a cleaner shrimp and in a week or so he was fine.
