I've been waiting for 4 months to finally get a pair of African Bluestripe Pipefish. Tonight I picked them up and they're everything I thought they were.

Now, I bought them because they are so tiny. They're 2" now and according to the 2 websites I could find with information on them they will grow up to 5". Besides the standard pipefish do's/don'ts, do you know of any special needs these cuties need? Right now they have a snail and a peppermint shrimp for neighbors, a hob filter for water movement and some live rock. On my list this weekend is to get seagrass or some sort of algae for them to play in. Any tips? Thanks for all your help.

Wow Nashon! Those are really cool! What are they eating?

Well today at lunch I got them both to take a few snicks at some frozen cyclopeeze. So far things are going ok. Im a bit worried, I think both of them are male and Bluestripe are very territorial. The larger one hasnt shown an interest in the smaller yet, so theres hope that im a bad judge of sex.
