Meeting called for Saturday June 11th at 9 AM. We'll meet in the chat room again. If there is a different channel setup for us I will post it here.

This is the place to get things on the agenda. Let's do a little preplanning to make this a good use of time. I'm posting a listing of what needs to be talked about soon (maybe not all in this meeting). Please, everyone add, suggest, approve, just get some form of input on this so that we all know we are on the same page. We seem to be drifting apart a bit (not deliberately) and we need to pull back together.

hey guys,
i just wanted to let you guys (and gals) know that unfortunately i will be out of town camping at the designated chat time, i did ask chuck how we could record the chat but he hasnt gotten back to me yet, so one of you might want to ask him.
sorry im ditching you guys, but rest assured, my wife more that chewed my but for camping without her, i've been punished :)

No worries Mark. I'll see if I can't coordinate recording the chat.

We need to discuss promoting our sponsors too. We have 2 new sponsor (Ocean Reef Aquatics and Coral Fanatics) and existing ones that we need to give a reason to keep sponsoring us.

Also should discuss sponsors selling/delivering stuff at the picnic. Is this OK with us? Will it detract from the raffle or bring more people out? Just something to discuss.

I think we need to keep the focus on PSAS at this meeting. If people are selling stuff, there's less money for people to spend on raffle tickets. The vendor meeting is where they can showcase their stuff. UNLESS they want to sponsor a speaker, then they can promote themselves all they want.
