I will be glad to have a look. It is easier for me if you post them here. I am sorry to say I am very very computer illiterate. My wife is gone for a few days so I am unable to find her emails . Not only that there a alot of members here that may see something we dont.

I agree with Peppie, and as the saying is (by Nike)... "Just Do It"

Cheers,
Alex

and an amzingly terrible 3d one...i was super bored today at work ... but i was thinking about it and it might be hadr to find a pump that small so if i drill little plumming info the acrylic i can use an external pump and have more room for other filtration needs.?

Yep that's what I was thinking you wanted. I will get back to you with a few little changes I would make and the reasons behind them. It will have to be adter work though since RF is blocked there...yet somehow Reefcentral gets around it.

Mike you should look into this.

I am sure you can find a small pump that will fit. I have a couple of Rio pumps I use for making freshsaltwater (circulation). I think they are about 2 1/2"".
I dont think you need the double media chamber. You could gain some room there. You could also do some research on Nano skimmers and make the add=on large enough to accept on of the better ones. I have built a few AIO tanks and it is best to have all the equipment on hand before you decide how big the filter chamber will be. IMO a tank that small will be alot of work to keep stable.

Shorten the chamber by a couple inches in overall height and then add a triangle brace on the bottom(sides and center) to brace the box.

yes the stability would be a pain. i think i may need to re-evaluate my project size here. maybe go with a bigger tank?

Not so much with stability but it will prevent the box from peeling away because of the bracing effect a triangle will have
