Bottom drilled or Back drilled drains

Im not really sure yet. Right now im doing all my testing out in the driveway and I havent finished the stand, because I dont want all of the wood work to get wet while doing all my testing. But I can tell you it is louder than I thought it would be. Although it is my first large pump like that so it may be quite in comparison to others. in other words. I can hear it but it isnt annoying and I dont have any comparisons to base it off of. Sorry I cant help you more than that

Well I have the same questionable noise level with the SQ Tarpon on my tank, it is pressure rated. I'd have to go look at the scale of the panworld to see if they are about the same. My pump weighs about 25lbs to give you an Idea.
