I'm assuming you are referring to Anemonefish. If you are referring to the invertebrate anemone, then the following doesn't apply and you want to post your question in a general reef forum.
Marine Ich usually shows itself with spots of very white 'grains' the size of salt. Brooklynellosis has many symptoms including the sloughing off of excess mucous coating. The two conditions are different, caused by different pathogens.

If you search the Internet you will find photos of fishes with these diseases.
