anyone have any idea why i have small bubbles attached to my rocks and and coral i just take out the turkey baster and blow them off but they keep coming back.

Might be early stages of dinoflagellates (or some other nuisance slime algae).

Try a major water change.

Do they appear after the lights come on?

not really sure the tank is on a timer and the lights come on when iam at work what are you thinking?

photosynthisis, sometimes bubbles appearing on LR and Corals are the beginnings of a cyano outbreak, check your parameters for nitrates and phosphates, possibly a flow issue, good luck

Do you have micro bubbles coming from your return, or a powerhead? That may be an issue as well as they are sticking to the rock.
