Buffing out a pico tank...

I have a pico tank in storage and haven't used it because of a large scratch in the front. It is one of those EVO acrylic ones from Petco. Has anyone had any experience buffing out scratches on an acrylic tank?

i just had a buddy buff out my 360 gallon acrylic tank. looks brand new. i had some really deep scratches on the front and back. i didnt think they would come out. they did.

if you google it there is much info. its not that hard but a motorized buffer really helps. you can use automotive buffing supplies, wet sand paper, buffing compounds, etc.
