Building a Calcium reactor

Im in the process of building a calcium reactor and Im wondering what everyone thinks of this system for my co2 control.

I have a LFS credit and it would be no money out of pocket and I would not have to buy anything else other than a ph controller.

Either this is no good or no one has heard of or uses this... Can someone recommend a good gauge, solenoid combo ? I have been looking at the RF deluxe gauge set.
