What is the best bulb height (between bulb and water)?
Which is better horizontal or perpendicular?
What is the best placement for the VHO tubes (4ft 110w actinic)

I need to pick up some VHO Bulbs also. Which URI options would be best to suppliment the MH?

the height depends on the par and instensity of the bulbs-8-12". perpendicular is better because bulbs throw light to the sides. you can place the VHO's above the halides in the canopy.
