Buying premixed, or real saltwater??

Is there any one around sumner, Tacoma that will bring saltwater to my house?? Going to be needing 500 gallons give or take for my tank I am setting up. And what about water changes. Is there some one that does that to? Like 1 time a month, say 100 gallons?? Thanks

There's a fella in the olympia area that does this. I can't remember his name but he is on this site and I've also seen him on Craigslist. He has like 300 gallons in his truck and a 1500 gallon trailer. hopefully he'll see your post.

People collect water out of the Sound? I've never had the guts to do that yet..

What does it get treated with and how far out is it collected. Sure would save me $60 a water change.

I think you can buy water from the seattle aquarium

It would take $60 in gas for me to get it home from there. I was wondering about getting it up here near Bellingham. Suppose I'll have to get some, and see what it tests like. Have to find some place that is far enough away from the refineries/citys.

I use water from Washington park, low Ca and Mg, but otherwise fine.
I'm not sure of a place further north that would have a really good exchange Kevin...
Most of the easy to reach places are flats and not all that great.
