What can happen wrong if I place CR media to an internal or canister filter and place it ot my RO top off canister with DIY yeast reactor through an airstone?

Probably not a whole lot. You would be a lot better off with kalkwasser IMO. For a calcium reactor to work well it needs vigerous recirculation of water and Co2. It also needs to have a pretty consistant bubble rate which is pretty hard to achieve with a yeast setup.

I don't intend to to have the same results with a CR,but to boost the top off water a bit so I do not spent so much money with supplements, and also to have a better ballance to Ca and alk.Don't the CO2 and the kalkwasser react, form CaCO3 and begin precipitating effects to the water?

Well if you just use Kalkwasser you don't need to bother with the Co2 portion of your plan. It will work much better then your other plan IMO.

Have to agree with Tom on this. The DIY CO2 works fine on freshwater planted tanks, but you'd be hard pressed to beat the performance of Kalk...and Kalk is much simpler.
