Hi There

Just bought new aqua medic percula 120 and stuggling setting up the Calcium reactor 400 for it does anyone have any tips as to where the best place to put it is

Weclome to Reef frontiers! :D Good luck. I just got one myself (a different brand) and I have no clue what to do with it . Do you have a sump under your tank?

The best place for the calcium reactor is in the return chamber after the trickle filter. You will need more tubing for the Co2. I also run the discharge into the trickle filter so as airate to make sure Co2 has disapated before water enters the aquarium again. It does fit although it is tight. You can gravity feed the Calcium reactor from the end pump chamber but a dosing pump works much better.

You can put a carx anyplace it will fit whether its in you're sump, next to your stand or across the house next to the toilet it doesn't matter.

Across the house next to the toilet sounds like a great plan. That way you can supplement the toilet so it doesn't get weak bones :D
