Do you have XP Professional addition and a router for the ethernet connection? You will need both of those...

my contact said he thought he could get Pro for me as well. I will know before too long.

Mark, I think you may have been closer to getting it right than you think. The DC8 couldn't control the chiller though.

The documentation from Neptune SYstems definitely leaves something to be desired, that's for sure!
