Can anyone ID? Mushroom of some sort?

We found this deep down in a hole in a rock that we got from someone. Anyone know what it is? Is it just a mushroom of some type? Sorry the picture isn't great but I had to hold a flash light on it while we took the pic and I can't zoom any closer and keep it in focus.

pretty bad picture but depending on what you want to keep in that tank any mushroom of that kind would have to be eradicated quickly unless you want to have a mushroom only tank in about 4 years depending on how big your tank is
