can i get some kind of toby puffer for 90?

i have a 90 gallon and i was wondering if i could get some type of toby puffer? Its a FOWLR tank. For tank mates i have 3 green chromis, 2 tru perc clownfish, 1 royal gramma, 1 lawnmower blenny and a yellow watchman goby. I have 2 cleaner shrimp and a pistol shrimp with other inverts. My other question is if i can get one will they eat my shrimp?

It will pester slower moving fish (nips fins a lot) as well as the shrimp. Toby puffers have great personalities but are not well suited for tanks that contain any kind of sessile/mobile invertebrates.

As far as the fish, it can/will nip fins but it is pretty much compatible with the species you have. The shrimp will be a definite risk.
