Can somone ID these?

Both of theese came on/with some liverock I recently bought. The sps frag went in the main tank because it was already pretty beat up looking and I didn't think it would survive the crappy lighting on the QT it's pretty brown and I don't think its seen good light in a while.

The other looks like some sort of mushrooms to me and I'm not sure if they are something good or bad. They are completely white. Don't know if they're supposed to be or if they also are suffering from light depravation.

Coral looks like a montipora digitata and second picture looks a bit like tunicate sponges

they could also be mushrooms that just haven't been getting light. When I moved my liverock into the new tank I had some green hairy mushroom babies that looked completely white or clear.

I think the first looks more like a Poccilipora. A closer shot at the polyps would make it easier to tell the difference.

It looks like it's going to make a full recovery too. Great looking SPS once they really grow out.
