First can you drill a 29 gal tank and a 4o gal tank?

Second is there one that is easier?

Third is there somewhere I can take a tank to get it drilled?

you can drill just about any tank you desire. Call your local glass shop they will know some place that will drill it.

np, I almost forgot but I doubt your tanks have this issue.

They will not drill tempered glass. Being your tanks so small I doubt they are tempered

no not always, on larger tanks, 90 gallons and up if I remember right or longer than normal tanks, yes. Also depends on the manufacture of the tank itself.

I dont have any diamond bits but if you ask nicely and/or pay for the bit im sure someone here would do it for you.

One thing that is VERY important is to keep it cool with liquid running on it. When I drilled my cube I took it to the back yard and ran hose water over it. Also start with the drill bit only on one side, not the whole face of the bit touching the glass. That way you can make a little groove so the bit doesn't slip. Good luck!
