Can you put Cheato In Your Aquarium?

I was planning on setting up my sump/fuge tonight, but its getting late. So I put the cheato in my aquarium until tomarrow. I dont think it will hurt anything. should it be fine?

lol.. i figured I would be I just didnt know if my fish would eat it or not. didnt want it gone before I could put it in my refugium

i have some in my display tank and my fish cannot even catch up with it. i harvest a large freezer back once a month and leave a softball sized amount in. i have a blue hippo, that loves it but cannot eat it fast enough. clarki, six line, honey damsel and a goat fish.
