Canopy build thread

I was asked to start a build thread with pics, so here you have it. I built my stand over a month ago, I have pics only of the finish stand. But, I do have pics of what I did yesterday and today to my canopy. The total height without the lid is 12". If my measurements are correct, I should have 9" or so clearance between the water level and the glass on my MH lighting system. It will sit right on top of the tank trim as you see it. I installed some trim that will cover the tank trimming. The lid is of pine with oak trim. Pine is inexpensive and it will not be seen, since it's on top. Everything else is skinned in oak ply.
