Can't upload attachments

I cant seem to upload attachments anymore. They are all under the 100KB limit. It keeps saying I am exceeding my total attachment limit. I deleted a bunch, but no matter what I do it says I am exceeding my limit. Did my limit become "0"?

I screwed up on a couple of variables on user attachment storage over the weekend, and should work now.
