That is what I am saying, a big poker game. Where we drive from house to house and gather a card and meet back up at a final destination and see who wins. Of course we can continue the game from there. But it would be a good way to get out and meet and greet 5 others.

So it has been a while since this thread has had some thought put into it. I think that it would be awesome to do something that we can bring the family along with. You know get them interested. And for those members that do not have kids. Do not worry I have plenty I can loan them out to you.

But hopefully I'll be home around spring. Also heard a rumor that I might be able to get my tank back when I get home. Not getting my hopes up, but I sure hope it's true

Doesn't anyone know some "hi-ups" at the Seattle Aquarium so we can get a behind the scenes tour? I think that would be a lot of fun!

So today was a nice sunny day, a reminder that our 3 weeks of summer are coming. We should get something going. I am still saying a poker run would be a good one. Just need 5 volunteers to stay at their house and figure a route that works best for everyone.

Sounds great to me, I am fine hanging out, or doing the cruise. Why anyone would want to look at my tank is a whole 'nother issue
I think that Colin has talked me into re 'scaping the tank this week. we will see.

Thanks for the reminder.
I did talk to the folks at Shannon point marine center in Anacortes. They can do a show and tell. Neat place, but very focused on research. They use direct feed water, so no water treatment info to be learned. We will have to check when the time is close to se ehow many of us they can take at once.
