I wonder if he got stuck somewhere and half of him stated to get baked in the sun!! Ha Ha... I am from Maine and it was in the local papers. Alot of people thought at first someone painted it... But as you can see he's not painted..... Or better yet, maybe he was trying to commit suicide and someone caught him halfway through......
