I actually had this guy, very modern citizen in reef community, no picking at coral whatsoever.
One thing I'd be cautious is the tomato clown, pygmy is very small, be careful if the clown picks on him. Other than that he is very active and love to pick algae from rocks!!!

+1 what Extrem Coral said to a point, Ive had one for some time and when i removed a fish that grew far faster than expected the Cherub is now the fish from HELL! has caused 2 fish to just and stressed 2 more to death. I would never place Pygmy Angels in my tank again (this is me) they don't like change and i've had 5 different one.
