So I always use RO water for my tank, but recently I detached and flushed my sump return hose out using tap water that has small amounts of chlorine in it. Before re-attaching my return hose I blew out the remainder of the water as well as whipping the hose around to get any excess water out of the hose. I then re-attached it.

Should this effect my water quality any? I'm pretty sure that I all the water out with the acception of maybe some residue on the inside of the tubing. would this small trace amount effect anything you think??

whoops. I meant to spell Chloramine in the title not chloraming

I would not worry about it at all. If you have some carbon in the tank it will take care of it, if there is some. If you are still nervous you can always add some dechor.
