I just wanted to let you know I saw Santa today. He was out riding his Harley this Am. I looked over at ole Santa at the Stop light. I was jamming away at a old tune "Taking Care of Business" song. I gave him a smile. He gave me the Thumbs up. I wanted to ask him for a new Calcium reactor but he was gone....

Well, thats the weather report for Tri-Cities....

The jawfish in his burrow and the wrasse in the sand had just settled down to the blue lights glow when all of a sudden there arose such a clatter, I jumped up to see if the tank glass had shattered! Such a popping and clicking I never did hear so I added one thing to my list for St. Nick - "Santa Claus, please bring me a mantis trap - quick!"

I just remembered that possibly Santa will drop a shirt with a nice Blue Tort photo printed on it, and the words:

"MY TORT IS BIGGER THAT YOURS!"

4 nites until Christmas and all through the Reef...
I fed my tank calcium in hopes more corals to keep..
The snails were stuck to the glass everywhere
The carbon filter got rid of all the green hair.
No hermits were stirring, no red leg nor blue,
the parameters were perfect, calcium and alkinity too.
when all of a sudden there arose such a clatter,
I jumped up to see if the tank glass had shattered!
Such splishing and splashing I never did hear
I ran to my fish room and it calmed all my fears.
What I saw with my eyes made my mouth so much wetter
My 55g had grown to 150, and as everyone knows,
bigger is better!!!!

OK - I'll add something to this thread.... Let's hear what everyone's dream gift from Reef Santa would be....anything crazy! I would like a 1000 gallon tank with all the necessary equipment, and live rock.....of course the money to maintain it, too
