Classifieds not working again.

I took the time to post four adds on my lunch break and didnt realize that none of the descriptions were being attached to the add. Now its four in the afternoon and I still can't add a description to my adds in edit mode.

I hate to complain but I'm not the best typist and creating links to items and writing descriptions over and over again is frustrating.

Is is possible that there will ever be any changes to the for sale section of Reef Frontiers that will make it a user friendly place to visit like it was in years past? Seems like RF was a busier forum when the sale section was more frequented with people from the Seattle area. I understand that it required more moderating, but RF as a whole also needed more moderating.

I agree 100% with each and every word.
The only way the current classifieds can work is to place an ad with a picture and no description (as the software will erase all writing there. Next reply to your ad with the actual description. Pretty lame . . .

Yea, did the same thing to me.... wish that I knew how to fix... but sure that I'd only make it worse :smash:

I have beat this thing for some time, I never spent much to do with it because Mike handled this package that was added to the forum. It works at times then not for whatever reason. I'll pass this by him and see if he has ideas on how we can fix it.

I have stopped trying to add the description in the first attempt.
Too bad we can't have it the way it was before.

I remember when there wasn't a designated classified section. There seemed to be a lot more activity on threads as a whole. Reef Frontiers has really slowed down over the last few years!

Thanks for taking the time to entertain anything that might be possible to make RF a better place.
As seen by my past 3500+ posts, I'm not here to only sell equipment and corals. The ease of doing so though sure was a nice benefit.
