How often do they usually molt?
I have one that has molted twice now in about a month.

Scary the first time! I was sure he was a gonner when he molted the day after I got it!

I have 2 cleamers in my 100 gal and each molt roughly every 6-8 weeks. How old is you tank? are the cleaners failry young/small?

it depends on there size mainly if there small and eating alot then they will molt alot i always hate it when i see parts of a shrimp because i think its a gonner lol

The tank is about 7 months old, and the cleaner is young,
and small. Sounds like its normal.

Yes, when you see it, its scary!
The day I got it, I had also bought some snails and one that was the size of maybe a ping pong ball didnt look
so good. It died in the tank and I pulled it out the next morning, and also had the first molt. My first though was
that stinky snail nuked the tank and killed the shrimp..
but it was a false alarm, all was fine!

When their young they will molt alot because they are growing so what your experiencing sounds normal.
